Registration terms and conditions

Participants shall attend all the training sessions held in purview of the
program.

Fees payment policy

The participants shall strictly adhere to the payment terms of the fees as
agreed upon with SKIL.
Fees paid in part or as a whole will not be reimbursed under any
circumstances except in case of cancellation of program.
In case the participant having registered for the program has not attended
any training session, the amount received shall be treated as advance and
participant can join the next batch. But participant has to clear the
remaining fees before joining the next batch. The validity of such advance
payments will be one year failing which if the participant doesn't join the
next batch, the registration will be cancelled. The participant has to get
registered afresh.

Only in the case of cancellation of the program by SKIL due to unforeseen

circumstances, the amount received towards the fees shall be returned to
the participant without accruing any interest rate on the amount. In case
of refund of fees paid through credit card or debit card, taxes applicable
will be deducted from the refund amount. However, if the participant
desires, the amount received can remain with us till the next batch starts.

Training material policy

No part or whole of the training material given to the participant should
NOT be reproduced in any form. If found so, he or she will liable for legal
