Job Summary
Responsible for monitoring the efficiency and effectiveness of cashiers;
Performs treasury and cashier functions as needed.

1. TA/Cashiering Functions
- Performs assistant function to Treasury the Assistant (TA).
- Relieves TA in safekeeping, securing, and proper handling
of Store Fund.
- Generates and integrates cashiers reports.
- Balancing change fund.
- Monitoring/replenishing POS supplies.
- Performs cash transactions accurately.
2. People Management
- Performs administrative tasks by complying with store
operating procedures such as but not limited to:
2.a. Preparing cashier schedule.
2.b. Incident Violation Report for cashiers.
2.c. Initial approval of Leave of Absences and
Change Work
Schedule; Final approval of
CR and break time pass.
Conducts orientation of newly hired cashier on duties
and responsibilities.
Monitors the efficiency and effectiveness of cashiers.
Facilitates performance evaluation of the cashiers.
Qualifications

Has knowledge of cash handling.


Can prepare and remit sales for the
day with use of CDRS. Can issue
cashier's initial and change funds,
consolidate these funds, handle the
cash vault, and prepare and deposit
sales. Can perform all basic and
advance function related to cash
handling. Can safe keep cash vault
combination / key and validate cash
funds and direct sales.
Has knowledge of POS Operation.
