Situ en France, au coeur de la Bourgogne, 100 Km de

Lyon, COMEGE est une entreprise familiale. Elle se compose
dune quipe de 30 personnes anime par Grard Geoffroy, son prsident et fondateur. La proximit de latelier et
du bureau dtude sur un mme site est latout majeur de
notre socit. Les comptences de notre bureau dtude
sillustrent tout particulirement dans une collaboration
troite avec latelier et ce, tout au long du processus de
fabrication. Il est aussi linterlocuteur fidle et responsable
de nos partenaires commerciaux.
Chaque projet bnficie ainsi dun dynamisme constant et
dune grande ractivit.
La socit COMEGE est fonde en 1984. Ds ses dbuts, elle
connat une activit varie touchant tous les domaines de
la chaudronnerie. Lanne 1992 est marquante : la gamme
des produits spanouit avec les portiques, potences et palonniers. Ds lors, COMEGE sappuie sur un dveloppement
linaire qui lui permet un positionnement solide dans un partenariat exclusif auprs des plus grands revendeurs. Lapplication stricte de cette dontologie commerciale allie un
savoir-faire reconnu favorisent son rayonnement europen.
Spcialiste du sur-mesure, notre entreprise a su gagner progressivement sa place de leader.
Toute notre production fait lobjet dune dmarche de traabilit. Chaque produit est ainsi marqu ds les premires tapes de sa ralisation. Une potence, par exemple,
prend forme en cinq temps. Ds sa rception, le ft est dcoup et reoit sans attendre la plaque didentification. La
semelle est ensuite soude sur le ft. Ce premier ensemble
est confi un technicien datelier qui labore et assemble
tous les autres lments qui composent la potence. Une fois

assemble, elle est dirige vers la cabine de peinture puis
prpare pour lexpdition.
Afin de rpondre au plus vite toutes les demandes, nous
disposons dun stock permanent sur site des pices mises en
uvre lors de nos ralisations les plus frquentes. lheure
actuelle, notre production se rpartie entre 75 % de matriels sur catalogue et 25 % de sur-mesure. Lintgralit de la
production est destine la revente et nous maintenons
cette dontologie commerciale.

plant, and this proximity has proven to be our major advantage. Close collaboration with the shop throughout the manufacturing process has allowed our research department

Our entire production is subject to a traceability process.
Each item is thus "marked" from the first steps in its production. For example, a jib crane takes shape in five phases. As

Werkstatt zum Planungsbro auf dem gleichen Gelnde
ist das wichtigste Kapital unseres Unternehmens. Die Fhigkeiten unseres Planungsbros stehen vor allem in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Werkstatt und diese kommt whrend
des gesamten Herstellungsprozesses zum Tragen. Es ist auch
der zuverlssige und verantwortliche Gesprchspartner fr
unsere Handelspartner. So profitiert jeder Plan von einer
konstanten Dynamik und einer groen Reaktivitt.
Da Unternehmen COMEGE wurde 1984 gegrndet. Von
Anfang an befasste es sich mit allen Sparten der Kesselbaubranche. Das Jahr 1992 ist wichtig: die Palette von Produkten blht auf mit Bockkrnen, Schwenkkrnen und Krantraversen. Von da an, sttzt sich COMEGE auf eine linear
fortschreitende Entwicklung, die es dem Unternehmen ermglicht, eine solide Position in einer exklusiven Partnerschaft mit den grten Einzelhndlern zu erlangen. Die strikte
Anwendung einer Geschftsethik zusammen mit einem
anerkannten Know-how begnstigen die Strahlkraft des Unternehmens in Europa. Als Spezialist fr mageschneiderte
Lsungen konnte unser Unternehmen nach und nach seine
Fhrungsrolle ausbauen.
Unsere gesamte Produktion wird einem Nachverfolgungsverfahren unterzogen. Jedes Produkt ist so von den ersten
Stadien seiner Verwirklichung an "markiert". Ein Schwenkkran, zum Beispiel, nimmt in fnf Phasen Gestalt an. Sobald
sie erhalten wurde, wird die Sule geschnitten und erhlt sofort ihr Typenschild. Dann wird der Fuflansch auf die Sule
geschweit. Diese erste Baugruppe wird einem Techniker
der Werkstatt anvertraut, der dann alle anderen Elemente
ausarbeitet und zusammenbaut, aus denen ein Schwenkkran beteht. Nach der Montage wird der Kran in die Lackierkabine gefahren und dann fr den Versand vorbereitet.
Um mglichst schnell allen Anforderungen nachkommen zu
knnen, haben wir vor Ort ein Teilelager mit den Teilen, die
am hufigsten fr unsere Konstruktionen gebraucht werde.
Im Moment verteilt sich unsere Produktion auf 75% Katalogware und 25% Konstruktionen auf Bestellung. Die gesamte
Produktion ist fr den Wiederverkauf bestimmt und wir behalten diese Geschftsethik bei.

PMTC PMT PMI PMA PMTL et PMICL. Ces kits
sont destins tre installs sur des poteaux
existants et simplifier le montage. En effet
aucun perage nest raliser sur le poteau. Le
systme KITFIX vous permet une installation
simple et rapide.
Trois types de fixations sont possibles :
Modle A : Fixation sur poteau type IPE HEA
ou HEB par plaque et contreplaque. Nous
communiquer la largeur et la profondeur du
fer pour la ralisation.
Modle B : Fixation sur poteau bton ou acier
par plaque et contreplaque. Nous communiquer la largeur et la profondeur du poteau
pour la ralisation.
Modle C : Fixation sur poteau type IPE HEA
ou HEB par crapautage. Nous communiquer la
largeur et lpaisseur de laile du profil pour
la ralisation.
Dans tous les cas de figure, la boulonnerie est
livre avec le systme KITFIX.
Attachment kits for wall jib cranes (PMTC, PMT,

PMI, PMA, PMTL and PMICL)
These kits are to be installed on existing posts
and are meant to simplify assembly. You do not
need to drill into posts. The KITFIX system allows
a simple, quick installation.
Three types of attachment are possible:
Model A: Attachment to IPE HEA or HEB-type
post with plate and backplate. For this option,
tell us the beam's width and depth.
Model B: Attachment to concrete or steel post
with plate and backplate. For this option, tell
us the post's width and depth.
Model C: Attachment to IPE HEA or HEB-type
post with clamp. For this option, tell us the
beam's width and the depth of the flange
profile.
In each situation, bolts are delivered with the
KITFIX system.

charges lourdes et de grandes portes. Entranement positif situ en bas de ft par pignon
et couronne.
Ce systme peut tre mont sur tous les types de
rotations totales pour obtenir des vitesses plus
leves.

Possibilities for motorized slewing :

1- For INDOOR jib cranes, max. 6m span,
maximum capacity of appr. 2,500kg. Friction
drive by one of the two guiding rollers in the
roller box on the lower part of the reaction
arm. Rotation speed at the end of the arm =
15m/min maximum.
2- For OUTDOOR jib cranes, heavy loads and
long spans. Positive drive at the base of the
pillar by pinion and crown.
This system can be installed on all full-rotation
types to obtain higher speeds.
