dissatisfied and dissatisfied respectively. 3 and 4 assign
to satisfied and highly satisfied respectively.
The mean of Screen resolution is 3.6333 it means the
opinion of customers are mostly highly satisfied and
satisfied. Its standard deviation is .61395.
The mean of weight and billing shows that customers are
not satisfied from these two features. Their opinion is
negative. There standard deviation are high as compared
with other 3 features.

This cross tabulation shows that screen resolution, warranty and


sound are very good because of high technology. There is one
fault in this technology which is its high weight. Parts of T.V
increase the weight of T.V because of its unique technology as
compared with other T.V.
