CHARACTER APPEARANCE
There are three known gypsy clans in the area. Chavaleias clan was known as
the Heed clan, who were peaceful wandering musicians and did entertainment
for their meals.
The second clan was known as the Rosk clan, they were violent and pillaged
and stole and destroyed villages as they moved about. They would also often
threaten the Heed clan.
The first two gypsy clans were to be finally united through an important
marriage, as a last resort for the Heed clan to survive against the iron fist of the
Rosk clan.
...
You wanted peace for your family but you could not stomach living with such a
vile brute of a clan who destroyed villages and the people who lived in them.
You tried to escape the Meeting of Clans Celebration where you were to be
introduced to your betrothed, but were unsuccessful in escaping that day, as a
horrific almost orcish monstrous wolf-like creature caught you in his grip and left
a deep gash under your left arm, which also left a scar. That said, you were not
actually set to get married that day of the Meeting of Clans Celebration, it was
only for the meeting of the two leading families.
You were to be married the day you reached 18, by order of your parents. They
couldnt stand to send you off any younger than that. You dont know what they
paid to extend the date. But there was peace between those two clans for 6
years despite the attempted escape, and even protection for your family by the
Rosk clan during this time. Though you thought, it was probably just to keep a
close watch on you.
The third clan is little known to you, but you accuse them for stealing your
precious pet dog that you and Mondo found by a river. The dog went missing
the day after the clan passed through the hospitable Heed clans camp. You
deeply miss this dog that you knew since your youth, and hope to find him
again.
Bond: The day Chavaleia turned 18, three never-before-seen giant Rosk guards
showed up for her and took her by carriage on a 4 days journey to the Rosk
clan for the marriage ceremony. As they were going on their way they saw a
strange lengthy man, with pale skin and ravens hair walking alone. And looking
quite dapper, he was a prime candidate for a casual robbing by the three Rosk
guards. They were told by the King of Gypsys not to stray from their mission
and to bring Chavaleia to the Rosk clan uninterrupted, but the temptation for a
quick job of fortune stealing was too much for them to take. They decided to
send just one of the guards to the river where they saw the man getting water.
They waited, not paying much attention, until rather startled they saw the one
guard right in front of them again, absolutely raving mad. The poor bloke was
absolutely insane. These guards werent too bright and instead of just leaving,
they sent another one guard down to check out what was happening. This
guard was a very confident guard, as he was the clans champion fighter. But
the same thing happened yet againhe came back a blubbering mess
muttering weird calculations, and theories, and facts that did not go together.
Chavaleia was a bit shaken by this, but curious. The last remaining sane guard
grabbed her and sent her first as they walked toward the river and toward the
man, and the guard made sure she stayed in front of him as an attempt to
protect himself against whatever ailment was becoming on these other men. As
they got closer, a wizzing dart went past Chavaleias head and straight into the
guards left ear, behind her. She was happy she had a small head. The man by
the river said to himself Good shot, good shot then he looked at Chavaleia and
said Would you like one, too? She responded A dart yes, but not in the head.
And she walked up to him and took the dart out of his hand, Im looking for a
monster, you think you can help? Past the insane doctor she sees a giant of a
man with a focused look on his face, and to his left a very familiar and friendly
faceMondo, her childhood friend!
