On or about 0845H in June 27,

2016 a certain Mrs. Celia Torres legal,
Filipino citizen, resident of Block 45, lot
28, Snow White Subdivision, Butuan
City. Appeared in this station to report a
robbery incident transpired in her house
at Block 45, lot 28, Snow White
Subdivision.
According to Mrs. Celia Torres while
she is lecturing her student her maid
Ms. Vina Tolentino in legal age, resident
at Brgy. Sumilihon, Butuan City,
suddenly call her at her phone and
crying and said that her house was
robbed by five (5) persons who
immediately escaped right after the
incident happen.

they are walking with her friends going
to attend a wedding anniversary,
suddenly they heard a several gunshots
and a certain Pablo Siman told them
that Ompong Chaves had been shot,
and nearby at the dark spot they saw
Carlo Cuya Caloy lying in the ground.
