NOTICE TO PUBLIC

The SBMA wishes to lease out on an as is, where is basis, the land and improvements
comprising Housing Unit No. 31D Lanete St., Bayani Village, Subic Bay Freeport Zone, more
specifically described as follows:
One Residential Unit of a 2-Story Rowhouse (8), with 3BR, 4Bath, and
with net area of 1,201 square feet
The SBMA is open to receiving lease proposals for the above-described housing unit under the
following minimum terms:
Rental Rate:
not lower than US$45,000.00
Manner of Payment: 10% Sec. Dep. and 30% Down Payment payable upon signing of the
contract and the balance in 36 equal monthly installment
Term of Lease:
50 years
Sealed lease proposals marked as Sealed Offer for 31D Lanete shall be received by SBMA
beginning on July 25, 2016 until the close of business hours on August 5, 2016 at the Chairmans
Office, 2nd Floor, Building 229, Waterfront Road, Subic Bay Freeport Zone. The lease proposal is
subject to no other form other than that each page thereof must be originally signed by the
proponent and that the proposed lease terms are clearly and specifically written. No lease
proposal shall be accepted by the SBMA beyond this date and time.
All lease proposals shall be opened and evaluated simultaneously on August 8, 2016 at 5:00 pm at
the Chairmans Office.
Lease proposals complying with the minimum terms above shall be evaluated based purely on the
best financial offer. In the event of a tie for the best financial offer, only the tied proponents shall
be allowed to submit an improved proposal within two (2) days, or not later than August 10, 2016
at 5:00 pm.
The improved proposals shall be opened and evaluated simultaneously on August 11, 2016 at
11:00 am at the Chairmans Office.
By submitting a lease proposal, a proponent understands and accepts that no guarantees or
binding commitments are due or demandable from the SBMA. The SBMA reserves the right not to
accept any lease proposal even that determined to contain the best financial offer.
