we are happy negotiate a fee we have a budget, im not going to be around this for the rest

No problem, would love to be able to offer more we don't really have much say In what we
can offer as the event will be free. I've Been really bad at communicating as well which
hasn't helped. Hopefully can think a bit further ahead and sort something out in the future.
