Committee Resolution No. _____

In a Committee Meeting held last __________________, the PNU Gawad Sulo
Committee agreed and passed the following Resolution:
WHEREAS, on the occasion of PNUs 115 th Foundation Day in September, the
University has decided to grant its very first PNU Gawad Sulo for Outstanding
Education Leader.
WHEREAS, the award shall be given to an individual who exudes dedicated service,
commitment, and leadership in the field of Education that is anchored in PNUs core
values: Truth, Excellence, and Service.
WHEREAS, upon assessment of the qualifications of the carefully chosen individual
based on the identified criteria by the Committee, the latter has officially selected
Dr. Fe A. Hidalgo as PNU Gawad Sulo for Outstanding Education Leader.
WHEREAS, Dr. Fe A. Hidalgo, who spearheaded various high-impact projects, is a
prominent figure in Values Education and has remarkable achievements and
unwavering dedication that continue to inspire teachers and aspiring ones.
RESOLVED, that Dr. Fe A. Hidalgo shall be this years PNU Gawad Sulo for
Outstanding Education Leader, which selection has received a unanimous decision
from the members of the Committee.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the awarding ceremony will be on July 28, 2016 at the
PNU Main Auditorium.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, the PNU
Gawad Sulo Committee selects Dr. Fe A. Hidalgo as the the PNU Gawad Sulo for
Outstanding Education Leader and adopts this Resolution as concurrence of the
members of the Committee to the selection.
