DESCRIPTION:
1. Based on above inputs all concerned HODs have prepared work instructions (WI to
WI
). These instructions specify, among other things, the operations related to the
control of significant hazards and aspects, control of process sequence & parameters
to be monitored and any precautions to be taken.
2. The English versions of these operational instructions are displayed at the relevant
location for use by the operators, wherever required.
3. The equipment associated with significant aspect requiring preventive maintenance
have been identified & controlled as per the process for maintenance.
