tolerance with in specific time period.
Analysis of roll defect and testing UST, Eddy current.DP test&physically
checking of roll defect.
Known operating of CNC Roll grinding machine.

Major Responsibilities
Overhauling &referbishment of industrial bearings(frictional&antifrictional)
New chock, bearing, work roll & back up roll inispection of Finishing mill & Roughing
mill as per specification.
Back up roll shim range setting.
All so known Rollshop management system.(R.S.M.S)

Responsible for minimizing equipment down time.
