The First Grade Buck Report!

For the Week of August 8 12, 2016

Parents,

This week your child will:

Welcome to First Grade at Browns Chapel

Elementary! It is amazing to know that a
new school year is upon us. As we begin
our process of settling in and getting to
know one another, please be aware that an
updated proof or address is needed for
your childs records annually. An electric,
gas, or water bill from the months of July or
August will be accepted as proof of
address. Thank you so much for your help!
Dont forget to send a special framed photo
of your child so we may display it in our
room this year! Please let me know if you
have any questions at all.

-Become a First Grader!

- Read and write numbers to 12

-Blend sounds into whole words

-Retell a story logically

- Identify and produce letter sounds

-Begin establishing our classroom community

Be sure to send a snack with your

child daily starting on
Wednesday, August 10th!
