    In regards with our ongoing project entitled Off-Carriageway Improvement


    Including Drainage Naga-Carolina-Panicuason Road with ID No. 16FE0021,
    We would like to ask for assistance from your office regarding the electrical facilities
    along Francia-San Felipe Road from BEG OF PROJECT (KO438 + 650) to END OF
    PROJECT (KO439 + 535) net length of 885 ln.m. in transferring/relocation of
    wires that are attached from houses or trees which are included in the RROW of 20
    meters from the survey of the DPWH 2nd District. With your assistance this would
    allow us to continue with the ongoing construction.
