Good day;

Upon our monitoring on distribution Transformers via Thermal Imager for the sole purpose of preventing
Transformer breakdown, we the Electrical department detect two (2) loosen Connection that creates
high temperature that will eventually result in transformer break down or high Voltage line failure

The Location of these two Loosen connection are the ff:

a. Cold storage area (3-100 KVA Distribution Transformer)

b. Cut - out arrester Primary line above 3 - 500 KVA distribution Transformer

Therefore, we the Electrical Engineering Department would like to request an 1 hour Electrical Shutrdown
on primary line to fix the said connection to prevent further problems on Electrical Main line. Of course
our schedule depends on the availability of the equipment and convenience in your operation.
