Dear Mayor Gualberto,
The Vice Mayors Staff and the Local Legislative Staff Officers will be
having a team building and capacity building seminar/training on July 21-22,
2016 to ensure smooth transition, harmonious working relationship, adaptation
to the work environment, and capacity enhancement of both old and new
employees in the Sangguniang Panlungsod. The first day will be held at the
Legislative Conference Room, 3rd Floor Marcos Building and an off-workplace
venue for the second day.
In view thereof, we will be needing materials/equipment to effectively
facilitate all activities of the foregoing seminar/training. Hence, we would like to
request the following:
