SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, LEONIDA SINGSON-RAGASA, of legal age, married,
Filipino, and a resident of Barangay Ramos West, San Isidro,
Isabela, by virtue of these presents, do hereby constitutes and
appoint FE ESPERANZA S. RAGASA, of legal age, single,
Filipino, and a resident of Barangay Ramos West, San Isidro,
Isabela, as my true and lawful Attorney-In-Fact, to do and
perform the following acts and things;
1. To act as my representative in the processing of my
one-time Tax Identification Number with the Bureau
of Internal Revenue, Isabela;
2. To secure my Tax Identification Number with the said
office;
HEREBY GRANTING AND GIVING unto my said attorney
full powers and authority to do and perform all and every
requisite or necessary to carry into effect the foregoing
authority as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could
lawfully do if personally present, ratifying and confirming all
that my said attorney shall lawfully do or to be done by virtue
hereof;
