SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

Know all men by these presents:

That I, PAMELA CORAZON C. TALENTO, of legal age, single

and a resident of Sancho Panza St. Sampaloc Manila do hereby
constitute and appoint my brother, BERNARDO C. TALENTO, of legal
age, married, Filipino and a resident of Sancho Panza St. Sampaloc
Manila as my true and lawful attorney, for me and in my name, place
and stead, to perform the following acts:

1. To prepare, execute, sign and receive all pertinent documents

relative to my claim for productivity and tax refund from National
Center for Mental Health that I am entitled;

2. To receive my claim relative thereto and;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney full

power and authority to do and perform all and every act and thing
whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the
premises, as fully, to all intents and purposes, as I might or could do if
personally present, with all power and substitution and revocation, and
hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney or his
substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue thereof.
