INTRODUCTION:
JOMARA KONSTRUCKT CORPORATION is new player in the construction industry
but has proven its presence in the construction world. It has continually upgraded their system
and adopts modern trends due to technological change to compete with other construction firms.
Standard operating procedure is strictly implemented to achieve a quality goal.

APPROACHES:
Listed below are the approaches to be used for the implementation of the scope of work
of this specific project. Proper construction facilities, equipment, and tools necessary are
provided for the completion of the project. This includes wearing proper uniforms and safety
gears for the workers. Visible guidelines and clear warning devices are supplied for manpower
security. Supervisors shall closely monitor the work flow schedule and the condition of
equipment and must be in line with the prescribed time frame.

APPLICATION:
Subgrade preparation and compaction must be done with proper guidelines and safety.
Establish the elevation first and put stake marks on the designated points or area on which
excavation takes place. After which, spreading and leveling of subbase course will follow using
the equipment required. Compaction of the subbase course will follow using the equipment
required. Compaction of the subbase course is required to meet the standard elevation. Let the
concrete dry until it is ready to remove. Establish the finishing touches will follow after all
activities.

QUALITY CONTROL:
The project manager orients the engineers and manpower to produce quality works as
executed under the implementing guidelines with the Standard Specifications of Highways,
Bridges and Airports, 2004 Edition. Construction Methods and Quality Control of Materials are
strictly followed by the management, supervisors and manpower component of the JOMARA
KONSTRUCKT CORPORATION (JKCO).
