Introduction of project

Al-Umair Construction is a reliable company in house construction .

We have been
active in construction project for last 17 years. The main aim of our
company is to fulfil the needs of customers and satisfy them by
providing the best possible outcome.
Recently our company signed a contract of construction of house in Bahria town
phase 5 with Mr Muhammad Zubair Khan. Mr. Muhammad Zubair Khan had floats a
tender about the new house construction with specify the requirements. And choose
our company for this project because we provide a reliable house at reasonable cost.
The duration decided for this project is one year with basement, ground floor and first
floor. And the cost for this project is 14,365,000.All this description is written in the
contract and both of the parties signed this agreement.

Initiation of the project


The Initiation Process consists of those processes performed to
define a new project. Within the initiating processes, the initial
scope is defined and initial financial resources are committed. Or
we can say in simple word that in this first phase of the project the
project charter and the stakeholders are identified.
Project charter
The charter contains the brief description of the project. Different
inputs are used to develop project charter and these inputs are;

A contract is a legal agreement between two parties. For our project
a contract is signed between Mr Muhammad Zubair Khan and a
companys CEO Mr Ayaz Ahmed Khan. In this contract duration,
cost plan, project plan, procurement plan are mentioned.

Procurement plan

All the material mentioned in the cost plan is going to procure


from different suppliers at given cost. And this material will
purchase before 1st May.
Constraint
constraint consists of time, scope and cost. The objective of this
project is to fulfil the Client all requirements.
So our 1st focus is to complete the construction within ONE year as
mentioned contract. To achieve this target we construct a table to
distribute our project phases in different month as table mentioned
on above.

important factor in this project is scope identification. Scope of this
project is to construct house with in given time and budget. Scope
tells about the requirement of the project.
