Description of Teaching Strategies:
Teacher used the prior knowledge of the students so
that she could teach the new lesson properly. She also makes some
jokes while discussing the lesson so that it could never be boring while
discussing it.

Description of Learning Strategies:


The teacher allowed the students to explore the new
knowledge they will acquire and they accept some question to the
students so that they could clarify it well. Also before the discussion
starts, she will recall or review the past lesson so that she could
monitor the progress of her students.
Description of Learners Participation (proportion of learners who
participated and quality participation)
She calls the students who wants to answer the given
equation or problem and also shes calling the students who has a
failing grade from the previous quiz, activity or periodical exam so that
she could assists the progress of every students.

Scribble a brief reflection of your feelings and insights from your observation
experience.

Sometimes I felt that the students participates only when we are observing
in their class. But Mrs. Dacaymat didnt bother that because she was always motivated to
share her knowledge to the students who really wants to learn. Though sometimes she
scolded some students but its okay so that she could earn the attention of it.
I observed that to become a great teacher you must be actively engage on
what you are doing. I also get some strategies to get the attention of my future students
and on how I should motivate them everytime we are having our new lesson.
