social skills. This twelve hours course will ensure that you understand the importance of appropriate behavior as it
can directly contribute to your success in young adulthood and beyond. Knowing what to say, how to say it , how to meet
and greet , how to present yourself, how to introduce others, how to sit , stand and walk , what to wear and dress codes, how
to make a good impression are all skills that are not taught in schools but without them you are just another person. The 21st
Century Etiquette and Mannerism workshop will give you that extra edge. We will enable you to learn and apply all those skills
and more to help you reach your goals, secure the future you deserve, standout and shine.
Course Objectives and topics covered:

Academic preparation is critical, but to be branded for success you also need strong social skills. This 16 hours
etiquette and image boot camp is designed to boost the confidence of teens and young adults through fun, interactive
activities. Topics include:

creating a positive and lasting first impression,

meeting and greeting others with ease,

deliver a confident handshake,

proper social and formal Introductions,

conversational magic (how to launch, linger and leave a conversation),

listen effectively,

handle name tags,

technology etiquette,

wardrobe basics (proper attire, occasional attires, personal hygiene and grooming tips),

poise and posture when standing sitting and walking,

interviewing tips,

etiquette of public places,

express an attitude of gratitude,

positive interactions

across genders communication and manners,

Self-respect & Respect for Others,

rules for sharing space/room.
