    Today I began to dress my timber and began to cut the pieces into strips
    and prepare them for gluing.
    Today I picked up my timber from Mathews and Harpers timber
    and then travelled back to the Liverpool mens shed. During
    todays experience I gained knowledge in timber dressing and
    cutting all my material for preparation to the next step.

    Using the sketch seen in the photo above I was able to keep
    track of my measurements and what pieces to cut at what

    as it a guide that is used in order to construct the project similar
    to blueprints or instructions. Note that the pieces are still not
    glued together as there was not enough time on the day to
    carry out the next step.
