Novel: Another City
As I began to read the novel, Another City I made connections with what the
author was illustrating to my personal experiences. I myself am an Angelino born and
raised in Los Angeles. I found myself interested in the text, which is kind of odd because
I am not a fan of books, better yet reading. It is awesome to understand exactly they are
trying to say. You can see the different perspectives each individual has of the city. Now
that I have read some of it, I am looking forward to reading more. Since I myself live
here, I can also learn from others.
