IMPROVE WORKPLACE COMUNICATION

Introduction
In this proposal I will express the ideas that could be use to improve the current problem of
communication between employees. I will give some points that could be used in order to do so.
The current situation
After a two weeks inquiry, it has been discovered a slight dissatisfaction from the employees
because of the lack of attention of their suggestions as well as feelings of confusion with orders
that were given.
They pointed out that the ideas they have during the work performance are never put in action and
that they cannot express themselves.
Key needs to be covered
Since the employees feel confused and unattended during their work, it is clear that they have a
big problem of communication. It will be necessary to solve this problem for improve their
satisfaction and therefore their productivity
I would suggest follow this points :
-To organize weekly meetings so that they can express opinions and discuss about the
possible ways of action.
- The use of brochures with the information that has been discussed during the meetings in
order to reach everybody and put the ideas on action.
- A Monthly feedback meeting where employees can express the satisfaction or
dissatisfaction with the plans that have been established and possible changes.

In my opinion the communication is one of the most important points in a workplace where
everybody have to work for a common goal,Opinions and ideas from the members as well as
feedback it could improve greatly their comfort in the work place
