    Housekeeping Codes

    ***We only ceck guests into INSPECTED units***


    DTY: Dirty Occupied - the guest from the previous evening has not checked out and
    housekeeping is unable to enter the room to begin the cleaning process
    DTY: Dirty Vacant - the housekeeper has either not reached the room or has not
    finished the cleaning process.
    CLN: Clean - the housekeeper has finished cleaning the room; however, the inspector
    still needs to put the finishing touches on the room. Guests are still NOT able to check
    into these rooms.
    PIK: Pick Up - the inspector has checked the room after the housekeeper and has
    created a re-do list.
    INS: Inspected - Both the housekeeper and the inspector have completed their work and
    the room is up to VAIL STANDARDS for our guest.

    Guest Types
    Guest Types are found in each reservation and will tell you what kind of guest
    they are.
    RG - Returning Guest
    TR - Trial Guest
    WS - Wholesale Guest
    CF - Conference Guest
    OU - Owner
    OG - Owners Guest
    C - Comp Guest
    WI - Walk In
