Every course I do the teaching practice for my education

program (TP). In this course, I went to WellSpring school.
Its located in Dafan Al Khor in Ras Al Khaimah. WellSpring
is truly a wonderful place the teacher and staff have
created a warm and inviting atmosphere for students and
their families. WellSpring believes that each child has
been made uniquely; therefore, their approach to
education is one that focuses on serving the individual
needs of your child which helps them to learn more
effectively than the typical education model we see in
other school. So, In the first day, when I went to this
school, all the staff and teachers and students received
me and they knew me at school. Then, I went to the first
grade with my MST to meet her and met the students,
and to observed them. The name of my MST is Ms. Maria
Case, and the list of class about 13 students. I loved all of
them, especially the kids because they are so active and
they like me when I teaching them. I dont see any
problems with my MST or with students, but in the end of
the first day I felt tired.

I noticed my MST use some of strategies or roles of

classroom such as she makes sure her system just given
her lesson to making sure students are learning and what
they learn. Also, she creating activities, and reviewing
with them and making sure there learning. If they are

learning thats the teacher should to figure in way to

teach them. I think these strategies are very good
because it develops the knowledge and skills of students.
However, in last TP I dont see any important strategy for
teacher just she keeps the safe and the quite in the
classroom.
