Instructional Delivery and Management

For instructional delivery and management, I specifically chose the observation that I did
on November 2, 2016. For this I had to observe other teachers and take notes on their strengths
and weaknesses. I chose this because it is mostly based on management. Managing how other
teachers perform was basically my task. Watching each teacher deliver their lesson then having
to critique was also a main part. Also, I got a perfect score for good feedback and my approach
to the observations was good.
