Professionalism
For professionalism, I decided to choose my reflection from November 9, 2016. I
reflected on what went well, what I was surprised about, and how I can improve. I specifically
chose this because first I got a 10/10 score, which was my best of all reflections. I also chose
this because it shows my professionalism in reflecting on my mistakes and acknowledging what
I need to change. This is a big step to improving and becoming a more impactful teacher.
