PRIORITY STRATEGIES FOR IMPLEMENTATION

In order to improve our performance for the incoming year,

we are dedicated to put into practice the following
programs/activities:
1.) Preparation and submission of the Annual Report not later than March 31 of
each year;
2.) Timely posting of the itemized Monthly Collections and Disbursement in
conspicuous places;
3.) Posting of Barangay Plans and Programs in the Barangay Hall;
4.) Posting of Barangay Ordinances & Resolutions in Conspicuous Places;
5.) Conduct of Katipunan ng Kabataan (KK) Assembly Every Quarter;
6.) Inclusion of CSO/PO Representatives as Member in the following:

Barangay Development Council (not less than 1/4 of the council);

Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction Management Committee;
Barangay Peace and Order Committee;
Barangay Council for the Protection of Children.

7.) Establishment of Suggestion/Feedback Mechanism;

8.) Enactment of an updated Barangay Tax Ordinance/Revenue Code;
9.) Enactment of an Ordinance/Resolution in support to Solid Waste
Management;
10.) Formulation of a Solid Waste Management Plan;
11.) Organization of Health and Nutrition Program Implementers, such as
Barangay Nutrition Committee (BNC), Brgy. Health Emergency Response
Teams (BHERTs), Brgy. Health Workers (BHWs).
12.) Conduct of BPOC meetings on a quarterly basis.
