safely. They must also be able to communicate with customers about the College Muscle
Mover billing process, and must also be able to communicate the status of a move.
CSRs must be able to lead a group of fellow employees and make sure that every worker
is representing College Muscle Movers in a professional manner. CSRs need to be good
movers and should have low claim percentages.

Flex Help, Grocery Department
-The job of a flex help employee at Cub foods is to make sure the Grocery section
of the store is stocked for customers. They assist in receiving and stocking products, as
well as rotating the products properly. Flex help employees also must be familiar with
products sold at Cub foods and where they are locate throughout the store. Flex help
employees also need to know how to perform cashier duties as well, for when the store
becomes busy and a more cashier are needed.
