examination and identification of 3 Primary/Headline Strategies from the City
of Flint-MBK Initial Plan strategies and What Works-Best Ideas collected
during the November 16 Planning Meeting.
Material and Tools:
My Flint- MBK Action Strategies Document

Objectives:
Identify 3 Primary/Headline Strategies

Recommended Process:
1. Group member introductions
2. Review My Flint-MBK Action Items document. Review items and select a
total of three (3) from the page of options.
3. Collectively prepare report out to share with the full group the actions
selected
