Objective: The objective of the project was to create a compendium report based on the precursor

events to the G20 3rd Education working group meeting.

Outcome: The outcome of the project is a well-written and presentable compendium report covering all
the aspects of the discussions held in the precursor events to the G20 3rd Education working group
meeting.

My Role: My role was of the Assistant Project Manager

My Responsibilities: I worked with the Client and project team to first collect all the product
requirements and discuss them with all the concerned stakeholders to have a shared vision to create a
product roadmap. I worked with my other three team members to decompose the overall scope into
tasks and estimate a timeline to complete the project. I set up daily standup meetings with all concerned
stakeholders in which my team answers three questions: What was done yesterday? What they were
going to do today and were there any blockers they were facing? I worked as a servant leader and
cleared out any blockers my team faced in their work. Every two weeks, I set up a review meeting with
the client and other concerned stakeholders in which my team demonstrates the work done and accepts
the comments or suggestions from the stakeholders to work on it in the next iteration. After every
iteration I set up a meeting to retrospect on work done in the iteration, I and my three other team
members discussed what went well and what could be improved further. After 6 months of iterations
and continuous improvements, I got the final acceptance from the client and released the final
compendium report.

Deliverables: The deliverable of the project is a accepted compendium report that covers all the aspects
of the discussions held in the precursor events to the G20 3rd Education working group meeting.
