0 : Teaching and Learning Facilities

The next factor that we will about to discuss is teaching and learning facilities. From
the questionnaire survey forms that was distributed among the students, we had gain
votes from every sub-factors which consists of equipment suitability, quality of
equipment, process time of finding and borrowing books and the sufficiency of books
that we can borrow. From the results we gained, we can interpret the results into bar chart
that can be viewed below.

Based on the bar chart, we can conclude that most of the students have the highest
satisfaction in the quality of laboratorys equipment are in good condition. The vote for
the good condition of quality of laboratorys equipment is the highest among all subfactors which is 3.7267. The person in charges takes a good care of laboratorys
equipment and their application of 5S in work are one of the factors that the laboratorys
equipment is in good condition.
The lowest vote is 2.98 which is for students takes a long time in finding and
borrowing books process. From the low vote, we can conclude that it didnt take a long
time in finding and borrowing books which means the time-saving in the process is
strongly efficient among students. This can also means that the library staffs did a
systematic works in organizing the arrangement of books into each categories, subjects
and courses.

Besides that, students are more towards agreeing in all equipment suitable to be used
in the universitys syllabus by the mean vote of 3.60. This mean most of the equipment
are suitable and can be helpful towards students in majoring their studies and courses.
Last but not least, students are also more towards agreeing in books sufficiency in the
library by the vote of 3.4733. From the vote, we can conclude that most of the students
agreed that the books provided at the library are sufficient towards students in every
courses and also for additional knowledge. So every student can borrow the same books
without facing any problems or delay because of the sufficient amount of the book.
