    To assist the relatives of our graduating students in obtaining a VISA to attend the Graduation ceremonies, the MBA &

    MS Programs office will provide our students with a letter of support for their families. Please note the following:

    Students must complete all of the information listed in the below form.
    Letters will be provided only to immediate family members: parents, grandparents, spouses and siblings.
    If family members require separate letters, then you must complete separate forms.
    Requests will be processed once per week. Submit the form by 4PM Tuesday afternoon and you can pick up the
    letter after 1PM on Friday afternoon. Forms dropped off after 4PM Tuesday will not be available until the
    following Friday.
    5. Students are responsible for picking up the letter and sending it to their family members.
