07.03.2016 on the subject noted above.
In this regard it is submitted that the respondent party was called in
the office of the undersigned in connection with inquiry into the matter, they were
heard personally and their statements were also recorded.
In their statements the respondents Mohammad Qasim Junejo (father
of the applicant) and Ghulam Shabir Junejo (Ex-father in law of the applicant)
have stated that having taken divorce from Ashraf Ali Junejo through the
Honourable Family Court Malir Karachi, the applicant executed second marriage
with Irfan Gopang. Moreover, they have stated that they have neither issued any
threats to the applicant nor they intend to cause any loss to her in future.
However, the respondent party has been directed not to cause any
harassment to the applicant.
