package Thai rice noodles


tablespoon cooking oil
minced shallot
cloves minced garlic
cup extra firm tofu in plastic not water
tablespoons tamarind paste
tablespoon sugar
teaspoon ground dried chili pepper
tablespoons fish sauce
cup bean sprouts
cup green onions
eggs

soak noodles in lukewarm water


make up tamarind fish sauce and sugar in a small saucepan on low heat
heat up oil
cut up garlic shallot and tofu fry until golden brown
add noodles dont worry if not done you can add water later
add tamarind, sugar, fish sauce and chilli stir until well incorporated
add beansprouts and green onions
fry up eggs and add
