The undersigned would like to explain upon learning from a favorable
source that he has an anonymous complain from the office of the ombudsman
regarding his engagement as part-time instructor in Southern Leyte State
University-Sogod Campus, Sogod, Southern Leyte. This is to clear the issue
which bears a fallacy. For long, he had stopped teaching from the said university
in order to avoid the existence of conflict of interest.
Furthermore, the
undersigned is very much aware of giving utmost respect and dignity to the
Department of Education which is permanently connected. With this letter of
explanation, the undersigned strongly negated the complain for it bears no truth
at all. Finally, he looks forward to receiving favorable and considerable response
from your office as regards the complain.
