ACKNOWLDGMENT RECEIPT

I ROSARIO N. BANDONG, Filipino, of legal age, and a resident of Cauayan

City, Isabela, hereby received from PABLO RIVERA JR. the amount of THREE
HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P300,000.00) as full payment/satisfaction of the his
monetary obligation from the loan agreement/mortgage agreement.

I hereby release Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-286804 as the security of the
loan agreement/mortgage agreement.

Any interest that I may have arising from the loan/mortgage agreement is hereby
extinguished.

Given this 4th day of June, 2019 at Cauayan City, Isabela, Philippines, 3305.
