Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to be considered for the training course advertised in the British Healthcare of 20
November, 2006. The course entitled New Developments in Rehabilitation Service is to be
held in Suffolk between 5- 23 April.
I would like to join this course, because I find it suitable for my work and interests.
I hold a degree in nursing from the Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Pcs. I
graduated in 2003. Since graduation I have been working as a community nurse for the Home
for Disabled and Elderly People in Bogd. At present I work in three shifts, my work consists
of the usual duties of a nurse: attending patients, doing routine tests, etc.
I have become particularly interested in the rehabilitation of elderly people and I would
welcome the chance to broaden my knowledge in this field of nursing.
Could you please send me some information about the course fee, accommodation facilities,
and travelling expenses.
