    was commissioned
    by
    the
    Marcos
    administration
    to
    design
    numerous
    edifices
    for
    the
    government.
    Among these are:
    The Cultural Center of the Philippines
    (CCP), and the Philippine International
    Convention Center (PICC). Locsin also
    designed the Church of the Holy Sacrifice
    at UP Diliman.
