Sandiat Centro, sir and Honorable Leonardo Dacanay of sandiat
east, together with the members of the barangay council
especially the barangay tanod of metro sandiat . the ever silent &
tolerant Institutional head of the host schools my kuyang Marciano
B. Samortin Jr. and madam Leodigaria L. Reyno, the motherly
principal in-charge of the district Dr. Perlita M. Salviejo, madam.
the young and dynamic District BSP Coordinator Mr. Jun jun G.
Ringor, The equally endowed institutional heads, the energetic
and cooperative Troop Leaders especially the members of the
Camp Staff headed by the Camp Director of the GSP Mrs. Mercy
Pablo, and for the BSP Mr. Dennis R. Descargar, Chairpersons of
the different Committees, my dear boy scouts and girl scouts,
parents, visitors GOOD MORNING!

We are now at the closing part of a 3-day activity. The

awarding and recognition of our accomplishments and
achievements.But this doesnt outweigh the experiences and
values learned because scouting is about giving young boys &
girls opportunities to learn through hands-on experiences. Just for
example the experience of eating blackened scrambled eggs and
how this is a positive experience for Scouts. It is a reminder to
Troop leaders to allow the girl Scouts & boy scouts to make their
own experiences and not to control the outcome. Instead of

focusing on the merit badges let us concentrate on the growth and

development of the Scouts.

With this, I now declare the official Opening of the Closing

program for 2016 Dist BSP Camp O-ral & GSP encampment. Thank
