Expressing views and opinion about the issues that are happening in the school,
community, country and in the whole world right now is the best way to let people
know what is going on. That is the true value of JOURNALISM.
School Organ helps pupils to express their gratitude, their concerns and their needs to
the concerned individuals. That is why the School Head together with the School
Paper Advisers never stop to train and teach certain pupils to love writingto love
journalism..
Because of their dedication, they were able to send one together with one adviser
pupil to compete in the 28th Division Schools Press Conference held at ____________last
___________with a registration of Php____________.
The said Presscon aimed to enhance not only the writing skills of the pupils but also
their speaking skills.
Registration and Orientation was done on the day zero wherein ______________was
tasked to do the orientation.
On day 1, the contest proper began, they conducted lecture first about the specific
contest before they send the contestants in the contest rooms. The contest lasted up to
the 3rd day. Then during the night of November 5, Saturday, the election of the new
sets of officers both elementary and secondary was done followed by the awarding of
group contest.
November 06, 2016, Sunday morning the speakers from two prestigious TV station in
the country gave lecture about radio Broadcasting and TV production.
The 28th Division Schools Press Conference for me was great. I love attending this kind
of conferences because I was once a writer during my elementary and high school
days.
