Instructions:
1. The folder name should be changed to this format: [RollNo_YourName]. Do this before
starting the test.
2. Give the shapefile the same name as the projected raster that was used in that step.
3. Keep a save of the final step. [Remember to save frequently]
4. Save all files, base maps, shapefile, save document, exported map etc in the same folder.
5. This folder will be submitted at the end of the test.
You are given the map of India with Latitude and longitude marked. And a district map of
Himachal Pradesh. Overlay the state map onto the National map [use WGS 1984, UTM 43N].
1. A shapefile of the Districts feature class, including the attributes: District Name,
Population and Population Density (persons per sq. km)
2. A map of the state representing the distribution of density, exported as a JPEG image
(use Categories- choose any color gradient). It must have-

Legend
Scale bar
District labels
Coordinate system (InsertDynamic TextCoordinate system).
[The projected raster of the National map should be visible in the background at 10%
transparency].
3. A save of the ArcGIS document at this final stage (all relevant layers must be present).
