Technology Services | Student Email Setup for Apple

To set up your Student email on an Apple Device:

1. Tap Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Add Account.

2. Tap Other, then select Mail Account.

3. In the Name box, enter your full name.

4. In the Address box, enter your full e-mail address (for example,
mossm1@mail.broward.edu).

5. In the Password box, enter your PIN.

6. In Description type a description for the account (ie: Broward Email) and then tap
Next.

7. Tap either IMAP. (We recommend IMAP because it supports more features.)

8. Under Incoming Mail Server, in the Host Name box, enter your incoming server
name. (pod51010.outlook.com or outlook.office365.com)

9. In the User Name box, enter your full e-mail address (for example,
mossm1@mail.broward.edu). In the Password box, enter your PIN.

10. Under Outgoing Mail Server, in the Host Name box, enter your outgoing
server name. (pod51010.outlook.com or outlook.office365.com)

11. Tap Next.

12. Tap Save.

13. Open email from the Mail App.
