    Greetings from Aachen.


    Unfortunately, we have not heard from you regarding this project for a while.

    Due to internal budgetary reasons we would like to transfer the next disbursement for the period
    January March 2017 within December.
    Kindly send us an unaudited Statement of Receipts and Payments for the May 1st, 2016 October 31th,
    2016 and a Request for Disbursement for the period November 1st, 2016 March 31st, 2017 as soon as
    possible. We should receive it by Monday 19th, so that we can prepare the fund transfer during the next
    week.
    The narrative report for the first project period can be sent later.
