6 A BILL to prohibit the closure of the Central Virginia Training Center without General Assembly
7 authorization.
8 Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
9 1. 1. That, notwithstanding any plan for the closure of training centers developed by the Department
10 of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services currently in place, the Central Virginia Training
11 Center shall not be subject to closure unless specifically authorized by the General Assembly.
