We interviewed three candidates for this position.

We think that every candidate has personal features that are suitable for this job but the
most suitable candidate is Eva Rheinberger because she has a necessary experience, for
instance she worked of over 15 years as a sales representative in Germany, USA and
Poland and speak fluently this three languages, so she could talk with out any matters with
Polish, German or American colleagues. I consider that we need a candidate that has such
a experience and such abilities as Eva has.
Also, in the first year with Fast-Track her sales results have been satisfactory. Personally, I
consider that it is good result and I hope that in the future she will continue to rise sales.
