Dear Claudia,
We recently interviewed three candidates for this position.
We have decided to appoint Juana Ramos.
I will briefly describe the candidate’s strengths and explain the reasons for
our decision.
Juana has great personal qualities. She is a person with a very strong,
charismatic personality, she's pretty straightforward and she is always trying
to advance in her career. She is very talented, as evidenced by her being
among the top representative reps for the past 5 years.
She graduated with a bachelor's degree in economics, she is studying for a
master's degree in marketing, she has been working in market research for a
year, so she has very good knowledge and skills in gathering and analyzing
the market. She is fluent in Spanish and Italian, good standard of English and
Portuguese at an intermediate level but I'm sure she will improve quickly
because she has a very high IQ, so I believe she will be able to adapt easily to
Latin American markets.
Please let me know when Juana can start work at your office in Sao Paulo.
