ZATO TESTOVI?
Upotreba testova u ocjenjivanju i vrednovanju znanja opravdana je iz nekoliko razloga.
Prije svega, oni u velikoj mjeri iskljuuju utjecaj subjektivnih faktora nastavnika ocjenjivaa, kao npr.
halo-efekt (tendenciju nastavnika da procjenjuje uenikovo znanje u skladu s opim miljenjem koje
je ve prije formirao o ueniku ili, pak, sklonost da se povodi za miljenjima i stavovima koja su o
znanju tog uenika dali drugi nastavnici).
Nadalje, standardizacijom uvjeta ispitivanja postie se da svi uenici budu stavljeni pred iste
zadatke, da s jednakim uputama pristupaju rjeavanju, te da za rjeavanje zadataka imaju jednako
vrijeme za rad.
Testovi su, takoer, vremenski ekonomini u upotrebi. Njima je mogue istovremeno ispitati vee
skupine uenika to je nastavnicima ponekad od velike koristi.
Nakon zavrenog testiranja rezultati se procjenjuju prema stalnom i za sve uenike jednakom kriteriju.
KAKVI TESTOVI?
Slijedei osnovne poznate zahtjeve pri izradi testova, nastojali smo da budu valjani, objektivni,
pouzdani i normirani.
Valjanost je zasnovana na injenici da ovi testovi testiraju bitne sadraje koji su propisani nastavnim
planom i programom.
Objektivnost je ostvarena kroz tipove, teinu i jednoznanost zadataka.Tipovi zadataka su iskljuivo
oni s kojima su se uenici susretali u radu s udbenicima i radnim prirunicima. Teina zadataka je
primjerena mogunostima prosjenog uenika. To znai da je vei dio zadataka prosjene teine, a
samo manji dio zadataka ine laki ili teki zadaci. Nastojali smo takoer da postoji jednoznanost
zadataka.
To znai da zadaci imaju jednoznano rjeenje. Zadaci takozvanog otvorenog tipa svedeni su na
minimum.
Pouzdanost je ostvarena kroz jasnou i razumljivou zadataka i uputa. U tu svrhu su u niim
razredima stavljene dvojezine upute. Preporuujemo da i u viim razredima nastavnik proe upute s
cijelim razredom neposredno prije pisanja testa kako bi se izbjegle mogue zabune.
Normiranost se oituje u injenici da su predloeni kriteriji za vrednovanje testova. Oni su izraeni u
sljedeim postocima:
100% - 91% (5), 90% - 78% (4), 77% - 62% (3), 61% - 51% (2), 50% i manje (1).
Budui da ne postoje opeprihvaeni kriteriji na koje smo se mogli osloniti, formirali smo gore
navedene postotke na osnovu razgovora i konsultacija s veim brojem nastavnika u osnovnim
kolama. Mogue je da nastavnik promijeni gore navedene postotke za vrednovanje, ukoliko mu se
ine neprimjereni njegovoj razrednoj situaciji.
Nadalje, na testovima je jasno oznaeno o kakvom se testu radi (inicijalni, kontrolni, polugodinji ili
zavrni) te koje cjeline svaki od testova obuhvata. Na taj nain se nastavniku olakava ponavljanje i
uvjebavanje za test.
