Subject: Fanar 5 Site

Dear Sir

At the request of Powertech, we (Senmar office) have visited Fanar

5 site, to check the existing site and if it can hold 2 additional poles and
an equipment cabinet.

First of all, we should mention that the building has four stories.
The structural system of the building is in a good condition . The roof is
covered with a an isolation layer (asphalt roles ). But, because of the bad
execution of the isolation we noticed several of rainwater spots laying on
the roof.

During our visit we have seen that the existing site on the roof is
constituted of :

two poles placed over two concrete foundations (220x220x20H)

A microwave placed over a concrete foundation (150x140x20H)
A pole placed over a concrete foundation (280x270x20H)
steel shelter placed over four concrete foundations

Upon your request the new poles and the equipment cabinet will be
placed on the roof in addition of the existing site. The new poles will be
placed on the existing concrete foundations (220x220x20H). The brackets
of those two poles will be fixed on two new foundations (80x80x20H) ( as
for the locations check the AutoCad drawings).

A new concrete foundation will be added to hold the new equipment

cabinet. ( as for the locations check the AutoCad drawings).
 In conclusion, and after our visit, the two new poles and the
equipments cabinet can be placed on the roof in addition to the existing
site as indicated in the AutoCad drawings.
